RECIPE SUGGESTION: CHOC CHIP COOKIE RECIPE. Makes ±10-12 cookies.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- Baking Tray.
- Baking Paper.
- Electronic Scale / Measuring Jug.
- Mixing Bowl.
- Spatula & Whisk.
- Cooling Rack.
INGREDIENTS:
- Lifestyle Choc Chip Cookie Mix 300 g.
- Chocolate Chips 50 g (included).
- 1 x Large Egg.
- 90 g Soft Butter.
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 160 ÌŠC.
- Beat butter and eggs in mixing bowl.
- Add cookie mix and combine contents with spatula.
- Add choc chips to mix.
- Mix until a soft dough ball is formed (hands are better).
- Roll the dough between your hands into small balls (approximately 30 g of dough).
- Place cookie balls onto lined baking tray and push the dough balls down to form a disc approximately 5 cm in diameter, leave space to allow spreading.
- Bake for approximately 27-29 minutes.
- Cool on baking tray for a few minutes before transferring to wire rack.
- Baking times may vary due to temperature fluctuations in ovens.
