COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: In a medium-sized pot, combine bulgar wheat with water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 12-15 minutes, until all the water is absorbed and the bulgar wheat is thoroughly cooked. Pour in a serving bowl, and let it stand for a few minutes. Fluff with a fork, season and serve.
