DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement add ±1 scoop (43 g) to 200-250 ml cold water. Mix thoroughly in a blender or a shaker for about 30 seconds. Take one serving 30-45 minutes prior to workouts and a second serving directly after. For an anabolic 54 g protein double serving, add ±2 scoops (86 g) to 400-500 ml cold water. On rest days, take a double serving (±2 scoops) 30 minutes prior to breakfast and another serving mid-afternoon. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
Hydration is important when taking this product, drink at least 10 – 12 glasses of water per day.
WARNINGS: Consult with a physician before use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 18. Due to the nature of the ingredients (added herbals), this product may have a grainy mouthfeel.
