DOSAGE: (Loading Phase): For the first 5 days of use, take ±1 teaspoon (5g) 4-5 times daily with your favourite fruit juice or protein drink. (Maintenance): After consecutive days of loading, take ±1 teaspoon (5g) 1-2 times per day with your favourite fruit juice or protein drink. During loading and maintenance, one serving should be taken before and/or after training. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
Hydration is important when taking this product, remember to drink at least 10 – 12 glasses of water per day.
WARNINGS: Consult with your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 18. Only effective when combined with high intensity exercise.
ALLERGENS: No common allergens have been added, but packed in a facility that processes Soy (lecithin), Cow’s Milk, Egg and Gluten (Wheat, Barley and Oats), Tree nuts and Peanuts.
