DOSAGE: (Pre-Event or Training): Consume a 32Gi Sports Gel 15 minutes prior to the start of a high intensity session and continue to consume every 45 minutes or as required. (During Events & Training): Consume a 32Gi Sports Gel every 45 minutes or as required. Recommended 60 – 90g of carbohydrate per hour of exercise.
Take care to keep well hydrated, using either 32Gi Endure Sports Drink, 32Gi Hydrate or water.
