DOSAGE: Mix 3 scoops (75 g) with 600 – 750 ml of water.
PRE-WORKOUT: 32Gi® Race can be used for pre-loading just before an event. Start drinking (2 scoops / 50 g) approximately 60min before the start.
INTRA-WORKOUT: 32Gi® Race can be consumed as a carbohydrate sports drink during any hard event or training session. A 75 g serving supplies around 2 hours of energy (adjust serving according to your personal carbohydrate requirements). Remember to be well hydrated with 32Gi® Hydrate or water.
