DOSAGE: Mix 1 scoop with 250 ml of water or your favorite beverage or mix 2 scoops with 500 ml. Start with 2 scoops daily until you achieve a high intake of creatine, then follow it with your ordinary intake through the day.
Hydration is important when taking this product – remember to drink at least 10 – 12 glasses of water per day.
