DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement add ±2 scoops (100 g) to 450-550ml cold water. Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 1-2 servings daily. An additional serving can be consumed before bedtime. For best results, follow an appropriate muscle gain eating plan and training programme. Should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Hydration is important when taking this product, drink at least 10 – 12 glasses of water per day.
